
ABOUT THE PASTOR
Learn more about Druid Hills UMC's pastor.
Druid Hills' pastor is Rev. Jonathan Tullos. A native of Philadelphia, Mississippi, Brother Jonathan has previously served congregations in the Clarkdale community of Lauderdale County and in Stanton, Kentucky. He was commissioned as a Provisional Elder in the Mississippi Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church in 2018.
Brother Jonathan is a former paramedic and spent most of his career working for Metro Ambulance Service in Meridian. Additionally, he is a former radio personality and spent most of that time working for various radio stations in Meridian. He considers Meridian to be a home and is eager for the opportunity to once again serve in Lauderdale County.
Brother Jonathan holds a Master of Divinity degree from Asbury Theological Seminary in Wilmore, Kentucky. He also holds a bachelors degree in Religion as well as associates degrees in broadcasting and paramedicine from Meridian Community College and East Central Community College respectively. In his spare time, he enjoys cooking, reading, exploring new places, and roasting coffee (ask him about this!). Brother Jonathan is also active in various civic organizations and he is a high school football and baseball official in the MHSAA.

Brother Jonathan is married to his wife Jessica whom he claims is much smarter than him. Jessica is a high school science teacher.
